Lemon Lime Bitters
Hailed as Australia's national drink, invented around 1880 as (apparently) a post-golf refreshment, it holds memories and nostalgia for all Aussies as the drink you had at the pub with your parents, or as adults, the drink that kick-started your after-party recovery!
Serve over ice with a slice of citrus and enjoy is, OR we like it dirty with an extra splash of bitters!
If you like it hawt, add a shot of your favorite gin or vodka to spice it up!

Where is your brewery?
Because XhAle does not yet have access to the capital needed to build a physical facility, we are currently operating on a distributed contract-brewing model. This enables us to serve our 300-plus retailers across Alberta, Saskatechwan, BC and Manitoba out of our home offices by renting time on brewing equipment in other breweries.
We are working to gain access to equitable capital to continue to grow our operations with a plan to eventually open our own destination community brewery.
If you are interested in contributing to our mission, joining our volunteer Governance Board, and/or seeking to help financially contribute please contact christina@xhalebrewco.ca. Our goal is to eventually be 100% community owned and funded.
